· Structure Features The furnace system consists of furnace cover, furnace body, furnace frame, inductor, furnace hydraulic tilting system and electrical control system, etc.The furnace body is vertical structure and the furnace shell is made of welded rolled steel plate. The melting pool is rammed by thermal-keeping material and fire resistance material, and laid by firebricks.The induction body consists of 1 inductor, 1 iron core, 1 melting channel, refractory material of inductor shell and water jacket. The inductor is water cooling type.The furnace body is hydraulic tiling. The hydraulic titling system consists of steel wire windlass and hydraulic sloping furnace organ, which are selected by users according to actual situations. The steel wire windlass is composed of windlass frame, wire wheel, steel wire and electrical appliance while the hydraulic sloping furnace organ is composed of hydraulic station, plunger cylinder and electric control parts.The electrical control system is classified into single phase and three phases according to requirements of users. The former consists of mutation transformer, gear swift plate, contact, air switch, knife switch, fuse and capacitor. Three phases control adopts three phase balance system, which consisting of air switch, contact, three phases mutation transformer, balance reactor and capacitor.Water cooling device: 1 inductor, 1 water jacket, three coils with self water supplied three phases mutation transformer and two coils of reactor separately connected in series. The water flux of four water ways can be adjusted by valve and the inlet pressure cannot be lower than 2-3 X 10 E Mpa. During the melding process, the inlet water temperature cannot be over 35oC and check the water flux regularly at random. If the water flux is lower than that of requirements, clean off the scale immediately.The cooling water quality of the equipment shall meet the following requirements: PH is within a range of 7-8.5 and hardness is no more than 7mm/L.
